Pumpkin Cheesecake Whoopie Pies

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Scoop out 1 in. dough balls onto baking sheet and bake for about 14 minutes. Let cool. Meanwhile, use mixer or whisk instant pudding mix and whipping cream together until stiff. spoon onto the bottom of half the cookies and use the unfrosted cookies to place on top. Let chill until ready to serve!

Ingredients:
1 box spice cake mix
15 oz. pumpkin puree
1/2 C. oil
1 pkg. Jello instant cheesecake pudding mix
16 oz. whipping cream
